We start by scrutinising the project and part requirements in consultation with the customer. One of our highly experienced designers then produces a tool drawing in accordance with solid Danish Hjernø principles.
We work closely with selected Chinese factories which each specialise in their own area and which we know really well.
They produce the tool to our specifications. We manage both production method and tolerances on all parts here from Hjernø.
When we receive the tool, we disassemble it completely and check all parts. We adjust or reproduce parts that are rejected by our quality control. We then test the mould and make further adjustments, if required, until the mould runs perfectly.
This means that you only deal with Hjernø, and it is Hjernø that guarantees that the tool will run perfectly. We also guarantee that you will not be buying a ‘pig in a poke’ and that you will be fully satisfied with your tools.
Most importantly of all, you will be fully aware of the price, quality and guarantee before you place your order.
Of course, we cannot offer production of all tools in this way as there is a limit to how technically demanding the tools must be – so when we offer you a solution, it is because we know that we can guarantee it.
