Our project division continuously monitors our resources and ensures that we do not sell more than we can manage and that we deliver all our orders on time.
Our project division manages the 30-40 new tools that are usually in production at any one time. The division also continuously keeps an eye on all our processes and resources to ensure that they are managed with the best quality and optimum output in mind.
It is also our project division that sends out weekly updated project plans to our customers. All deviations from our planning are brought back on track. This is all to ensure that our customers stay with us!
