Collapsible core tools

This is one of Hjerno’s long-standing specialist tools which we have been manufacturing for more than 25 years. We sell both collapsible cores as an integrated part of our own finished tool solutions, but also separate specially manufactured collapsible cores for other tool factories.

We have developed our very own unique models and production methods which make these collapsible cores incredibly precise and durable. They are therefore guaranteed to last for many millions of shots.
We have many different model designs in our system from which to produce collapsible cores, but we also manufacture special collapsible cores which are often able to handle the most incredible undercutting or threads. We are able to control both the start and stop of the thread down to an accuracy of 1/100 mm.
