We are a Danish high-tech factory with state-of-the-art production equipment which is why we mainly manufacture tools for demanding applications.

The components involved often present many challenges which first and foremost require the capacity to shape the tool, but also the avoidance of the following:
Entrapped air, sink marks, flash, inlets, ejector marks, blisters, burns, casts, deformation, ejection scratches, oil on the components, etc.

We solve all this in the design phase where we determine the entire basis for the finished item. We have a large design division with great expertise and access to highly advanced IT equipment.
